Acknowledgements
The Metropolitan Chorale is a non-profit organization that relies on funding from a variety of sources. The largest percent of our funds come from individual donors who attend our concerts and appreciate our efforts to bring major choral works to the public. Though generous and extremely welcome, those funds do not cover the current costs of financing our concerts that are usually performed with full orchestra. We have in the past been fortunate to receive grants from sources such as the Iowa Arts Council, the Community Foundation, The Lutheran Brotherhood - Branch 8641, Aid Association for Lutherans - Branch 331, and local corporate foundations. In addition, Chorale members themselves provide many services that are essential to concert production, thereby helping to conserve our precious funds. We are grateful for the continuing support of individuals and organizations so critical to providing quality concerts for the Cedar Valley area.
